Property Commercial Director

We’re looking for a highly experienced & business-savvy Property Commercial Director who will help grow our Property/Real Estate Business Unit in the Philippines into a strong & sustainable vertical.

This is a full-time role based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will:

  • Strategic:
    • Crafts the national commercial strategy of the Property business unit and owns the end-to-end execution for achieving both its revenue and its category health goals
    • Coordinates closely with the global Property Product and Tech team that develops solutions for all customers of the Property business unit
    • Supports the continuous evolution of the org structure to meet business needs
    • Identifies new business opportunities within the Property space and creates a minimum viable product to understand the feasibility and determine the way forward
  • Operational:
    • Plans and monitors the budget and resources of the business unit
    • Optimizes sales channels to acquire and retain B2C customers on all platforms
    • Designs and implements incentives and trade marketing offers to boost sales
    • Works with the Sales Head and Business Analyst to optimize salesforce efficiency
    • Manages the product offering for B2C customers including composition and pricing
    • Develop insightful presentations for the management for performance reviews etc.
    • Ensures alignment in practices and shares learning from both wins and failures with counterparts in various business units (Vehicles, Goods / Services, Advertising)
  • People Management:
    • Manages four direct reports within the Property Business Unit
    • Strongly influences the activities and priorities of more 35+ staff within the business unit

You have:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
  • Graduated from a highly quantitative bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience and 5 years in people management role

Communications Lead

Communications Lead

We’re looking for a PR-savvy Communications Lead who is responsible for building and sustaining media relations, growing brand exposure through traditional, online and social media channels, as well as crafting and shaping communication materials that will be used to handle the reputation and understanding between the organization and the public

This is a full-time role based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will:

  • Proactively reach out, build, and establish relationships with key media contacts and influencers to help encourage them to broadcast stories about OLX/Carousell and Property24 to build brand credibility, post-merger
  • Produce in-house articles, press releases, presentations, official statements, advertorials, social media posts, etc.
  • Work with agencies to research, write/produce, proofread, and distribute communication materials to key media channels
  • Work with agencies to organize and execute projects that may include press conferences, round-table discussions, media tie-ups, and other activations
  • Act as the media spokesperson and represent the company in select speaking engagements
  • Conduct media trainings and briefings to upper management when they interface with media
  • Coordinate closely with the legal team for official statements, investigations on potential crisis that may arise in the company
  • Strategize content and manage the activities on our social media channels, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn with high-quality content to drive engagement, usage of our apps, websites and services
  • Coordinate with partner agencies for our social media projects to ensure their output is aligned with our overall strategy and objectives
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports for all efforts

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of Public Relations/Corporate Communications experience; mix of in-house and agency preferred

We’re looking for a topnotch Commercial Strategy Manager who will co-develop our sales, marketing and operations strategies. Along with long-term budgeting and planning, he/she will also handle the project management & execution for their respective business unit. He/she is also responsible in handing over running operations to the respective sales leads.

We’re looking for two (2) Business Development Interns for our Real Estate (Property24) business unit. These two enthusiastic & proactive interns will help the team in increasing sales through leads generation, marketing, and other corporate strategies.

This internship is based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

You will:

  • Identifying and contacting prospective customers or organisations for potential business and/or event partnerships
  • Entering new leads and maintaining database of clients sourced through BD (Business Development) events
  • Helps with the planning and coordination of BD events, manage event goals and timeline
  • Keeps inventory of Property24 giveaways and ensures all marketing collaterals and merchandise are properly kept and accounted for
  • Handle local shipments for special client giveaways and other promotions spearheaded by the Real Estate team
  • Manages Property24’s closed group for clients, ensures that regular updates on product and services are properly communicated, queries are properly addressed and new members are connected and verified
  • Help with FB live info sessions for clients and weekly social media engagements through Property24’s closed group
  • Keeps record of monthly BD events and ensures that each team is outfitted with proper kits (roll up banners, flyers, giveaways etc.)
  • Provide administrative assistance to leads and management team members, as necessary
