In the season of final exams, work presentations, and promotions, we sometimes find ourselves staring at our computer screens and test papers with zombie-fied eyes and pallid complexions.
When we suddenly realize we’re overworked, and probably have been for a while, it is time to do something about it. Whether a good girl’s night out session or just a 20-minute nap, everybody has their fatigue-busting routines.
Here are some answers to the question “what do you do when you’re overworked?”
I eat. To be specific, I think about one food I want to eat at the moment and go to eat that. – Stephen Kuo
I take a shower, sleep, and don’t do work. The point is I stay away from work and do activities to recharge. – King Filart

When I’m still working, I make sure to drink a glass of water every 30 minutes or so because I’d like to think that the walk to the kitchen clears my head and keeps me focused while I make sure to stay hydrated specially when I’m pulling an all-nighter.
